We're upgrading our customer support system by transitioning from Intercom to Salesforce on December 20th.

Impact
Starting now, all open and new support tickets will gradually move to Salesforce, with the full transition completed by December 20th. Our Engineers will contact you via Intercom to inform you that your existing tickets has been raised in Salesforce and instructions on how to access them.
Our support team remains on hand to assist you throughout this transition.
